1. Optimized Balance of Protection & Comfort

The 50/50 blend strategically merges the inherent, high-temperature resilience of aramid with the superior moisture-wicking and softness of FR viscose.  This results in a fabric that provides reliable thermal protection while significantly enhancing breathability and skin comfort compared to heavier, 100% synthetic FR fabrics.

2. Enhanced Moisture Management & Wearability

FR viscose excels at absorbing and dissipating moisture, keeping the wearer drier and cooler.  This inherent breathability, combined with the lightweight 120 GSM construction, reduces heat stress and improves comfort during extended shifts, leading to better compliance and productivity in hot workplaces.

3. Permanent & Inherent Safety

Unlike treated fabrics, the flame resistance is built into the core fibers—both aramid and FR viscose are inherently resistant.  This ensures the protective qualities are permanent, will not wash out, and remain effective throughout the garment's service life, even with frequent industrial laundering.

4. The inclusion of FR viscose and light weight give the fabric a softer hand and excellent drape. This allows for the creation of more tailored, professional-looking uniforms that are comfortable to move in, ideal for sectors like transportation, utilities, or laboratory work where both appearance and safety matter.
